There is plenty of choice for the home owner when it comes to purchasing the HIP for their property sale. They can go to the Estate Agent, the Solicitor or their Mortgage Advisor; they could even come to us.

The Energy Performance Certificate is just on part of the HIP, and if this is all you require we can carry out the Energy Assessment on it's own.

We are able to offer a HIP via Hip2go, and believe this is a very competitive product with absolutely no hidden costs. 

Once you have paid for the HIP it can take up to a month to complete and be delivered direct to you in hard copy and as a pdf file.

What you need to take into account is that it is important that you order your HIP to coincide with marketing your property for sale.
